Your files will include high-resolution versions, as well as editable vector files in open formats (AI, PDF), transparent background files for flexible use (PNG), and files optimized for social media and digital platforms (JPEG).
You can easily edit or scale the design without losing quality — either by yourself or through me in the future — giving you full flexibility to update and grow your branding whenever needed.
With this complete set of files, your design will be easy to apply anywhere you need it .
The final design you receive includes usage rights that allow you to use it personally or for your business branding. You can apply it to digital media such as websites and social platforms, printed items, product packaging, marketing materials, and more, depending on your branding needs.
There are two types of usage rights depending on the service purchased:
- Standard (non-exclusive) license: The design may be reused or resold in the shop by the designer, meaning others may also purchase or use a similar version.
- Exclusive license: You are the only authorized user of the design, and it will not be resold or offered to anyone else.
You may use the design for your own branding only. You are not allowed to resell, sublicense, rent, or share the design with any third party. It may not be registered as a trademark or used as part of a product for sale without prior permission.

Yes. We want your brand to feel just right. You can request revisions within the agreed project scope, and we’ll fine-tune your design to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision. Your satisfaction and confidence in the final result are part of the process.
The process is simple and seamless. Once you fill out the design brief and add your selected service to the cart, you can proceed to checkout and complete your payment instantly. For Monogram and Wedding logos, your files will be delivered immediately after purchase — available for instant download as a ZIP file, with no waiting time.
For custom logos and full brand identity packages, the delivery timeframe is clearly specified on each product page according to the selected offer.
Payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal, using your bank card in USD, EUR, or GBP — whether you’re ordering as an individual or a company.
You will also receive an instant order confirmation email so you can track your project from the very first moment.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available once the files have been downloaded or delivered.
You may request a refund only if:
- You purchased a Monogram or Wedding logo with instant download and have not downloaded the files yet.
- Your custom logo or branding order has not entered the design stage.
Requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
If the delivered files are incorrect, corrupted, or do not match the details provided in your design brief, we will review your case and do our best to find a suitable solution.
